I was not expecting much in the food department at this place that really looks like a dive bar. I was pleasantly surprised. The appetizers were not impressive. The cheese sticks remind me of market date frozen cheese sticks. The mini tacos were terrible. The best appetizer we tried were the chicken wings with special sauce. The special legends sauce tasted like a spicy thousand Island. Very interesting. For dinner I had the salmon sandwich on the pita. The salmon was overcooked but the creamy dill sauce was tangy and very tasty. It was a little messy to eat as a sandwich as the sauce made the pita bread fall apart, but it was very good.

It's an alright place. They have a decent drink selection and decent food, but the service is just awful. They are understaffed and the owner is sitting there doing nothing but playing on the video poker machines. Outdoor seating is ok, but not well located. No breeze and minimal shade. Close to the college though, so I guess the less discerning tastes keep them in business.

Legends has great food and great people. The bourbon bacon burger is one of the best I've ever eaten and the panini selection is on point. Various good soups as well. Anything you get there will be good

I've had several of the appetizers, which all seem like they came from the frozen section at Sam's Club (though I should say that I've had frozen food from Sam's that's better than what I had here). More than once our appetizers (fried mushrooms, for example) were still frozen in the middle and the breading was more like wet flour mush. Service has always been OK or pretty good. If I do go there out of convenience (I live close by) then I only get the burgers and wings, both of which have always been good.

The place is dirty: floors, walls, windows, and the tables all need a good deep cleaning. They're understaffed. My group waited for 45 minutes for our food, the table behind us waited an hour. Our food was so greasy it was unbelievable. One server has no business working with the public, the other has the personality of limp lettuce. None of the tables or chairs are real solid (read: wobbly as seesaws).
